The video consisted of work-outs and exercises, with a voice explaining that she's not working out to have your ideal body type. She went on to tell people to mind their own business because that's what she's doing, minding her business.
Instantly earning praise, Lizzo continues to be a leader and advocate for body acceptance, regardless of size, color, or ability.
Dancer Amanda LaCount popped up on America's Got Talent to show off her killer moves in a popping upbeat dance routine. After sharing her story of being told she was too big to dance (we know she's not the only one who has heard this), Amanda took the stage and proved everyone wrong.
